This recipe does not use oil or butter which greatly reduces calories and fat grams. It’s tastes pretty darn good too.
Cookware Needed: Measuring cup, measuring spoon, mixing bowl, whisk, spoon. 4×8 or 5×10 Baking pan.
2 cups Flour
2 ½ tsp Baking Power
¾ cup Sugar
2 medium bananas (about 1 to 1¼ cups mashed)
2 tsp Vanilla
1/3 cup Unsweetened applesauce
Mash bananas in bowl (Potato masher works well)
Add applesauce and vanilla and eggs and mix well with whisk
Add floor a cup at a time and mix well with whisk
Add sugar and baking powder and mix well with whisk
Spray on some Pam or coat pan with oil
Pour mixture into pan
Bake at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes
